ELECTROLYTE / CLEANING FLUID
The CLEANING CHEMICAL or ELECTROLYTE is 85% PHOSPHORIC ACID ANALYTICAL GRADE.
The electrolyte liquid is used to increase electrical conductivity which then generates the heat that increases the acids corrosive power required to clean the weld surface very efficiently.

NEUTRALISER / pH INCREASER
The NEUTRALISER is SODIUM CARBONATE.
Mix a cap full of the sodium carbonate per litre of water and mix to dilute powder.
The neutralising fluid can be used in a spray container to spray on job after cleaning or use a tank to neutralise small jobs with the cleaning fluid.
Wash down job with water to completely neutralise and clean job.
If the job is not washed down there may be a dry residue from the neutraliser seen on job once it has dried.
You can also use a pressure cleaner to wash down job to make sure all neutraliser residue is washed away especially in tight joints.

The WELD CLEANING SYSTEMS BRUSH RANGE
Consists of MEDIUM, LARGE, stainless steel tube socket style. Also the 2 x WIDE and 3 x WIDE 8mm threaded style brushes. The brushes are made from carbon fibre tow.
With the 'O' RING stiff style brush , the 'O' RINGS can be pushed off to expose additional fibre as the brush wears or more length of fibre is required for cleaning the job.
