Advantage of the BRUSH STYLES
The WCS brush styles are made to be a firm bristle.
This style makes it possible to get into tight areas.
The firm brush also prevents any arcing on job as the loose styles of brush are prone to arcing because of the very loose bristle style.
The 'O' RINGS can be pushed off the fibres to expose a longer bristle.
The bristles can be trimmed with the cutting shears to either tidy up ragged bristles or trim to get a finer point for a small weld bead.
ELECTROLYTE features
The ELECTOLYTE, PHOSPHORIC ACID which is supplied in the 85% ANALYITICAL GRADE can be used in the 85% mix or it can be diluted to a lower % if required.
FOOD GRADE PHOSPHORIC ACID can also be used if required on a food grade fabrication if specifications state.
For example, working onsite in a food grade enviroment.
BRUSH compatibility to other manufacturers
The brushes are directly compatible with the Weld PostClean WCS1000 system.Â
If required an adaptor can be supplied to adapt to the other manufacturers brush holders.
