HOW DO YOU LOOK AFTER THE Weld Cleaning System!

LOOKING after your WCS1200 POWER UNIT can be easily done in a few easy steps.
KEEP the power unit off the workshop floor or the ground. This is to prevent fragments of dust and metal from being drawn into the unit.
Also keep water and chemicals away from unit.
Doing these few basic things the WCS1200 will give you a long servicable life.

HOW does this system compare to the other units on the market.

The WCS1200 has a variable adjustable heating power range to suit the brush styles and therefore a wide range of weld beads and metal thicknesses.

The power range is variable from 200 watts to 1200 watts of heating power.

What else to look out for with available electropolishing systems.

COMPARE the pricing and power rating.   Do they have an infinite variable power unit.

What is their rated output power?

What is the real duty cycle rating?

You will find either a switched step power adjustment or no power adjustment  available from other manufacturers.

This of course is if the unit has not been mistreated in operation or storage.
The total warranty cover is at the manufacturers discretion on the inspection of the unit.
